PhD Assistantships Available to Study Environmental Management at Montclair State University
The PhD program in Environmental Management has several 4-year Graduate Assistantships available, starting Fall 2009. The transdisciplinary PhD program, the only of its kind in New Jersey and one of the very few in the United States, prepares students in both Environmental Science and Policy/Regulations. Research areas include (but not limited to): Environmental Quality and Remediation, Earth Systems Science, Ecology, Spatial Analysis/Remote Sensing, Sustainable Development and Environmental Assessment. Students with backgrounds in Natural and Physical Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Public /Business Administration/Policy, Political Science, etc. are encouraged to apply.
